Amy Frazier Stalked (Sorta) by Morgue Worker

"Stalking" is probably a little strong, but this is icky. A deputy medical examiner used the state's Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) to look up personal information on KOIN's Amy Frazier:
Last fall, a county morgue supervisor began investigating a report that [Brian] Applegate had used LEDS to obtain Frazier's phone number, address, height and weight. Applegate was fired in November, and he responded by claiming it was common practice in the morgue to use LEDS for personal reasons. Applegate also claimed that Robert Boggs, the chief deputy medical examiner who initiated his firing, misused the system frequently. ...
Frazier declined to comment.
In a letter to Frazier last November, Shrunk summarized what had happened and apologized for "this invasion of privacy."
Icky icky icky! bleh.
